To provide the best experience for every couple I work with, limit the number of weddings we take each year. Dates fill up quickly, and bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. After I receive your inquiry, I reach out personally to share my collection and, when needed, set up a Zoom call or a coffee meet-up. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk through your plans, and make sure we’re the right fit for your day.

To secure your date, a signed contract and retainer are required. A 50 percent deposit confirms your booking, and the remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding.

Once you have your wedding date, it’s best to get in touch right away especially if it’s a popular summer weekend. I only take on a limited number of weddings each year, and many dates fill up 1 to 2 years ahead. Every collection includes me, Dave, as the lead photographer, supported by a carefully chosen team when needed. This ensures full coverage of your celebration, capturing moments from multiple perspectives. Weddings are full of fleeting details and personal moments, and this approach guarantees that no part of your story is missed.

We love showcasing the beautiful weddings we document, and we may feature select images on our website or social platforms. Some celebrations may also be considered for publication in reputable magazines. Your privacy is always respected, and if you prefer your images to remain fully private, we offer an NDA option to keep everything exclusive to you

After your wedding, I carefully curate and edit every image to ensure you receive only the very best. Each photo is reviewed with a discerning eye, selecting the most meaningful and highest-quality moments while removing test shots, duplicates, or anything that doesn’t meet my standards. The final collection is fully refined and beautifully edited. Depending on your booked collection, you can expect to receive between 350 and 1500 stunning images.
